Devoted was established in 2019 by a team of caring, compassionate and above all, serving people. With a goal to provide care as we wished our own loved ones would have or will receive, we set off to provide exceptional care to our community members. Devoted HHS is the only Dementia-Friendly hospice care provider in the Coastal Bend, one of few "veteran-friendly" organizations (a member of the We Honor Veterans program), and 5-star rated healthcare provider. Whether you need aide once a week or daily, our team members are present 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to be of assistance to you. Each client can expect to receive an individualized plan of care, created specifically to meet ones mental, physical, and emotional needs. Alongside the Medicare-covered clinical care, medications and medical equipment; Devoted Healthcare and Hospice Services will address fears and anxiety. We will help patients and families know what to expect and how to plan for the future. We offer physical support and comfort.
